These terms apply to services from Curly Bear Appliance Repair LLC (“Curly Bear”) and to our website and text messages. By booking service or using our website, you agree to them.
Price ranges shown on our website are estimates based on typical repairs. Your technician diagnoses the appliance on site and gives you the exact price before any work begins. No repair is performed without your approval.
The service call fee is $89. It is waived when you approve the repair. If you decline the repair, the service call fee is due.
Online discounts apply to the repair, one per job, when booked through our website.
When a part must be ordered, a deposit of 50% of the approved repair price is due before we order it. The remaining balance is due when the repair is complete. If you cancel after the part is ordered, the deposit may be used to cover the part and any non-returnable costs.
Financing is available through Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay and Sunbit, subject to approval by the provider. Terms are set by the financing provider.
Repairs include a 90-day parts and labor warranty covering the specific repair we performed. It does not cover unrelated failures, damage from misuse, accidents, power surges, or work by others.
Arrival windows are estimates. We will contact you if we are running late. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

To the extent allowed by law, Curly Bear is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
